I have been plumbing for over 11 years and have grown up in the trades, having a father who owns a construction company, Dennis Janz Construction. I have experience in many types of residential buildings: from 36-family apartments to small single family homes, the occasional million dollar home and everything in between. I am also experienced in service, light commercial and remodeling.

Some of following qualities are what I base my company on;

Price: Being and remaining a small company means less overhead and better prices for my customers.

Work quality: Janz Plumbing LLCs work quality is second to none. This is something you will have to see for yourself. Being the owner and employee you can have confidence in my work and how I treat you and/or your customers. My future work and company depend on it!

Punctually: I realize that companies and home owners need subcontractors on site when they schedule them in order to keep the project running smoothly and fit into their schedules. Also, a longer project term means more money out of your pocket for interest.
